• Sending information, news, and updates related to the legal field to users who have subscribed to the newsletter – legal basis: the explicit consent of the user (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a of GDPR). Processing duration: until the user withdraws their consent.

Kinga Kusztora Law Office does not use the collected data for commercial or advertising purposes, nor does it transfer it to third parties without the explicit consent of the user.

  • Right to restrict data processing – allows data subjects to request that we do not use their personal data in the following situations: (i) They contest the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows the controller to verify its accuracy; (ii) The processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the deletion of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use; (iii) The personal data is no longer needed for processing purposes, but the data subject requests it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of a legal claim; (iv) The data subject has objected to processing, for the period during which it is verified whether the controller’s legitimate interests override the data subject’s rights.

  • Right to object to data processing – allows data subjects to object to the processing of their personal data under the conditions and limits provided by law.

  • Right to request the transfer of data to another controller (data portability) – allows data subjects to receive their personal data that they have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to transmit this data to another data controller.
